Al la carte: Closing Gifts
Purchasing and sending closing gifts to client and this will be based off of the amount you choose to allocate for the gift to the client. This will be a $100 flat fee paid to coordinator to purchase the gift and ship the gift off. Client picks however much you want to pay for the gift and then the $100 flat fee will be added to the price of the gift. All invoices will be uploaded to client file.
